Group Chairman

Sergio Herrero brings extensive leadership experience to his role as Group Chairman of Intix and NetGuardians. He also serves on the board of MerchantE, a major payment platform processing over $20 billion annually, and Ezra, a fast-growing lending tech startup. Previously, Sergio was co-CEO of VEON, a telecommunications giant with over 200 million subscribers, and held senior roles at Facebook, Square, and BNP Paribas, where he helped drive growth in payments and commerce solutions.

Gisle Gluck Evensen

As a partner at Summa Equity and a key member of the boards of Intix and NetGuardians, Gisle Gluck Evensen plays a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that align with positive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) impacts. Appointed as a partner in 2022, Gisle is dedicated to supporting Summa Equity’s mission of investing in companies that address global challenges and foster sustainable growth. With a background that includes leadership roles at McKinsey & Co., he brings deep expertise in guiding impactful business transformations.

Claudia Dill is an independent non-executive director at Intix and NetGuardians. With an extensive background in financial services, Claudia holds an MBA from the University of Rochester/Bern and completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton. She brings 20 years of executive experience at Zurich Insurance Group, including her most recent role as a Group Executive Committee member overseeing the Latin American market. Her career also includes leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Coopers & Lybrand. Additionally, Claudia serves on the boards of Baloise Group and Credit Suisse (Switzerland).

Hans Cobben

Hans Cobben

Board Member

Hans Cobben is a partner at Summa Equity with over 30 years of experience in technology, including founding multiple tech startups. He has held senior executive roles in global technology and life sciences companies like Alcatel, SunGard (now FIS), SWIFT, and Illumina. Hans has been active in board roles for the past 15 years, serving as a board member at Intix and NetGuardians, as well as at Logex in the Netherlands and Ontoforce in Belgium. Additionally, he advises the Capricorn Digital Growth Fund in Belgium and Polaris Genomics in the U.S.
